This privacy policy governs the use of the mobile application FieldReports ("Application") developed by Bizframe Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. FieldReports is a field data capture tool designed for professionals across diverse industry sectors and government departments for reporting, inspection, and documentation tasks.

1. Information We Collect

User-Provided Information

When you download, register, or host FieldReports, the following information may be provided by your admin for user management:

• Your email address (used for report delivery and account identification)
• Your mobile / phone number (for registration codes/OTP delivery)
• Optional profile details or organization-related data

Bizframe does not use any of this information for any purpose other than enabling registration, user management, and delivery of information as per your account configuration.

Automatically Collected Information

• Device type and model
• Unique device identifiers (e.g., IMEI, Android ID)
• Operating system version
• IP address
• Mobile browser type
• Usage statistics (app open time, screen navigations, etc.)

This data helps us improve application performance and user experience.

Location Data

FieldReports does not automatically track your location. Location data is only collected if a specific data capture form explicitly requests geographic coordinates (e.g., tagging an image or report location).

2. Use of Information

The information we collect is used to:

• Enable core features of the Application
• Send reports via email or other designated channels
• Improve functionality and usability
• Provide customer support
• Notify you of product changes or promotional content (with consent)

• Automatically Collected Data: Retained for up to 6 months or the subscription duration
• Aggregate data may be stored for analytics

• Uninstall the application

7. Children’s Privacy

FieldReports is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If informed, we will promptly delete such data.

• FieldReports is offered via AWS Marketplace and hosted in the customer’s AWS account
• Encrypted storage and secure transmission
• Protocols for data integrity and breach handling

No system is 100% secure. Users are encouraged to use secure devices and networks.

• Access and review your data
• Request corrections or deletion
• Withdraw consent at any time
• File a complaint with authorities if unresolved
